Ways to Celebrate Valentine's Day
Romance
God invented Love.
He invented Romance.
In the world God created there everything was good. And yet the first thing God said was not good. was that it was not good for man to be alone. So He created a helpmate.
He created Marriage as a permanent union of a man and a woman as the basis for all human society.
There are three views of sex and romance.
One view is that sex is for procreation.
The second view is that sex is for recreation.
The third view is that sex is for unification. The two shall become one flesh.
That is why romance outside of marriage is destructive. The one flesh is destroyed.
That is also why lack of romance in marriage is destructive, the one flesh is destroyed.
When you choose to enter into marriage you make a promise to complete your partner to give them your heart your life all that you are. You ask them to choose to see you as the fulfillment of all their desires.
Marriage is one of Gods great gifts to His creation. And family is one of the most sacred commitments of His people.
Theology
Give your life to Christ: God is love and the source of true love. God
loved us enough to die for us and St. Valentine loved God enough to die for
God's Truth. What better way to celebrate Valentine's Day then to commit or
recommit our lives to Christ.

Evangelism
St Valentine was a minister who carried the good news of Christ to those who needed to know Him. Real love for people carries an intense desire for their salvation. Love cannot stand the thought that anyone will end up separated from God and His Heaven.
Stand up for the truth and proclaim the Gospel of God's love: Sometimes
it is dangerous to stand up against injustice, hatred, and prejudice.
Sometimes it is difficult to oppose the world's view of things to
proclaim the truth of God's Love. But that is what Valentine did!
Die to self, sacrifice your desires for the sake of other people: The
Bible says that this is love that a person lay down their life for their
friends. Try it this Valentine's Day. Sacrifice what you want for what your
loved ones want.
